The BMTS Library orders, stocks and supplies publications and documents needed for Seminary studies and provides access to the online catalogue Riksweb. The Library collaborates with analogous libraries in Estonia and abroad.

Library stock: 16875 books, 1402 periodicals, manuscripts, 157 diploma papers, also master and doctoral theses of Seminary faculty members. The Library collection is selected according to the subjects taught in the BMTS. The collection is developed using four document selection criteria:
In Estonia the latter is a unique collection and available only in the BMTS Library. Most of the rare books in the collection are Bibles.
